kimmie Posted August 2, 2010 Share Posted August 2, 2010 So, I have a new grandson, Robert(13) who has had no exposure to firearms, whatsoever. We were holding a memorial match this past weekend for a fellow shooter who had passed away over the winter and Robert wanted to go with me. He was always fascinated watching me clean my guns and I also gave him a safety lesson as he was watching. Anyway, I told him he could go to the match with me and we spent the evening before hand, practicing in my basement with my airsoft. And I POUNDED gun safety into his head. At the match, a friend of mine who is a master open shooter , took Robert to an empty bay and spent over an hour giving him lessons. And here he is shooting his very first course of fire!!
