What events available for .22LR Pistols/

Being new to these competitive shooting events, I am now looking for something that I can do with at least one of my .22LR pistols. What events are available? Is there a place / site / etc. that I can look at that describes what may be available in the KC metro area?

Would a S&W 41 be a competitive pistol or would something else be better?

Thanks!

Check out teamrimfire.com oh and if that Model 41 doesn't work out for you I have a Ruger I'll trade you.

Hello: We have been doing the Ruger Rimfire here. It is shooting for all ages and lots of fun. I have taken my 7 and 11 year old boys out and they love it. I did have to buy more guns for them to shoot :roflol: Your model 41 is one of the best out there for rimfire matches and I would like one someday  We are using a Ruger 22/45 and Browning Buckmark both with C-Mores on top. We are all using Ruger 10/22's for rifles. Thanks, Eric

S&W 17 or 617 are the best 22s out there.......... 4" and 6" 617 ( ON LOCK )
