Arredondo Module hood

Has anyone have any problem with their Arredondo's glareshield blocking part of the dot on their Cmore sight? Is this normal? I used dremel to open up the hole a little bit so it's now a lot better. Does anyone have to do this too when using this glareshield? I was told that the Limcat one doesn't do this at all.

I have the Limcat on 3 C-mores and it does not in any way block the dot..

I've got a Limcat glare shield on mine. Would not shoot a C-more out here in the desert sun without it.

The cardboard tubie thingy is innovative but everytime I look at one I imagine someone smacking their forehead and going "I could have had an Aimpoint!" like in the old V8 commercial.

I live in Florida, bright sun here also. I have one of each brand on my open guns and cannot tell the difference. The Limcat is on a Quinn mounted C-More.

I have one on a gun with a 8moa and like it so putting one on another now with a 12 moa. I think it really helps in some circumstances.

I installed them on all my OPEN guns..   they definitely help with the glare...
