  1. We can go with both lol. I can only think how this past weekend I came in hot and high on a low port and bashed my slide on the wall. I may have shed a tear if I did that with a custom
  2. I have to say, looking at venoms kill me. Makes me realize how much imagination I don’t have. Some of them are just wild
  3. Lol no worries. I do like the align though.
  4. The Odin does? I know my align fits but I didn’t think the Odin would. Looks huge
  5. I saw on instagram where RHT made a holster to fit. It was a custom holster though so you’d have to call. They already said they will not mass produce them but time will tell if it takes off.
  6. Nice. Well, welcome again. Maybe I’ll run into you at some matches this summer. GRB hosts a nice USPSA match if you’re into that. Not sure if you’re strictly a SCSA shooter or not.
  7. Eww NOVA lol. Welcome from southern VA. side note, are you the one that just let Tony Run your wheel gun on a few stages? Just saw his video
  8. My bad I suppose. The last time I window shopped on infinity’s site, it was over double the price of a titan. So I was only going off of that.
  9. This is pretty accurate. The guys that want a full custom know who to call. They also know their wallet is going to be significantly lighter. It appears to me that atlas, PT, etc. fills that “middle” void well of having a gun that is tighter all around.
  10. Any major retuning needed by atlas? If so, how was that process
  11. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I’ve been looking between them, atlas, and PT myself. Congrats with your new toy. Hopefully it’s not a terrible wait.
  12. I shot a atlas nemesis this past weekend and own a STI Edge. The atlas was far superior. My guess would be that the weight and balance played the most in that. The sight block added that muzzle weight I wanted and it tracked right back on target. Currently saving up the dollar bills to get one myself. It sold me.
  13. Oh you have it mistaken. I’ll always still “just want new guns”. Hahaha. It’s 100% a crutch. But I defiantly see your point
  14. That is an option. It would be 1/5th the price lol.
  15. Hahahah so you catch my drift. My box isn’t that organized lol
  16. There is defiantly a few companies that cost more due to the name. Biggest one that comes to mind is snap-on. However that name came with perks too when I was a mechanic. They came to me weekly and 9/10 times they replaced anything broken right then and there. That is, if anything broke. To my understanding, atlas has a great customer service and warranty. Granted, that’s second hand knowledge and not personal experience. I don’t know how good it really is. only thing I can do is compare that one atlas I shot to the few STIs I’ve shot/owned. Everything about it was in fact better. Tighter overall, trigger was “cleaner” (best word I can use I think), and most importantly it tracked better. This could be from a few reasons though that I can’t ignore. My STI is 10+ years old, this had superior machining involved in the making of it, and my skills as a shooter have improved. All in all though, the sights landed right back on target (10” steel at 15ish yards) after every shot. I believe that’s what impressed me the most. also… it was so nice to go from big dot to a nice, crisp, small FO front sight again. Maybe I just miss limited
  17. I got to see one in person yesterday. I have to say, the fit and finish looked amazing. But lord he spent forever getting it set up. But some of the toe/camber features seemed like a very nice addition.
  18. Funny part is, right before that a guy in our squad was shooting wheel guns. I know very minimal about wheel guns but they are cool to look at. His was freakishly beautiful with custom wood grips and a carbon fiber barrel. It was elegant and serious all at the same time. He was letting everyone check it out. I didn’t go over because I didn’t want to flip the switch in my brain. 30 minutes later GFDS shoves that atlas in my face with ten rounds and said “head over to bay one and have fun”. Self control only lasts so long.
  19. The PT grip is pretty awesome. Also first time holding one. I told myself to not look at a custom gun, don’t touch it, don’t smell it, nothing. Because then I’d want it. Now look where we are lol
  20. I thought I was the coolest kid on the block when I was 21 and got my STI 10ish years ago. Now I feel like it’s junk. but seriously, wild to see how far it’s all come.
  21. Welcome! I’m in Williamsburg and shoot GRB.
  22. So today at the Area 8 Steel Challenge Championship, Go Fast Don’t Suck allowed me to shoot the Atlas Nemesis today. I have to say, I loved every bit of it. It felt great in my hands, tracked amazingly, and was smooth. Much better than my STI Edge. My question is, does the price tag really on par when compared to other brands? Does anyone have and personal experience when shooting an atlas against something like a bul armory or phenix? Any other brands are welcome to debate as well. I’m thinking it’s time to sell some of the safe queens to fund a new toy.
