I had a 2011 and liked it, but it was finicky with magazines........don't understand but just wanted to feed wrong with some mags and yes they were tuned. Just wasn't meant to be. I know run a Tanfoglio Limited 40 with no issues at all.

Parts for your Tanfoglio are easy to come by, Henning has them, Wolf Springs, LRA and others......EGW, EAA has stock stuff. You will have no problems at all getting upgrades also.

Your cooked!!! Once you put one in your hands your done, happened to me!!! A friend I shoot with dropped one in my hand and now I'm picking up bottles and cans to pay for my next Tanfo experience.....LOL!!!! Really now I have two.....some guys on here have a plethora of them!!!! I'm jealous.....

Don't be concerned.....if you just can't take it call and speak to Maylee (spelling) and she will give you info. Henning has called me a few times and said just what are you doing to your gun??? I believe he cares, of course he would it's his business!!!

Q-tip for me, by the way did you change hammers??? Just curious I want to change the hammer on my Stock 3 and trying to decide which one??? Thanks!!

Started thinking about your gun, what else did you do to it??? Internals??? How does it shoot?? Did you use the 10.75 recoil spring everyone recommends for the 40 cal?? I will be changing springs, trigger and firing pin. Well after seeing yours other cuts and a *thumb rest [generic]* as well.

Man, you gave me some good ideas for my slide, that looks awesome fluted and with a coffin cut. I will be talking to my machinist buddy when mine gets here. that's a nice looking gun.

I just purchased a Limited, they are starting to show up, Oak Hill Guns has some left in 40 when I purchased mine...You can load these with 20 rounds in 40 I would think that's competitive with the 2011...

I just purchased a Limited and for the reasons he listed I went with it vs. a Limited Pro or Witness, plus Henning and others have some cool toys you can install to make the gun faster (relative term) and more reliable, supposedly??? I have a Stock 3 for Production and like it as well....

Getting notifications all over the place about different arrivals, Stock II, Limited, Limited Pro. Looks like the candy store has opened again, EAA must have gotten there big shipment and sent them to the suppliers. GB is full of them now......

Thanks Johnbu, I thought I'd seen a spring rate on here for 10.75 and wasn't sure. I really wasn't sure I wanted a Limited gun until lately and decided to build one, I;ll talk to Henning about his recommendations for a Limited, Thanks again!!

So, of you were going to build a Limited 40 S&W what would you start with??? I am thinking about a 9 or 10 and start there, not sure what I'm going to do inside yet, ie: firing pin, hammer, internal springs....i will install the Henning trigger for sure.

Just curious, when you say that it's rough, what does that mean?? I'm thinking about buying one and was thinking about all that needed to be done to it... I have the Springfield RO 45 tricked out already and just want to try a Tanfoglio...

Any luck finding mags??? I have just purchased a LIMITED 40 S&W and I'm going to get it ready for USPSA limited....I know that I can find mags here just curious which route you took?? I'm doing a complete rebuild of the gun....

Yep, the people at EAA have said they finally got a couple of loads of guns and they were released to the suppliers. EAA said that they received a lot of different guns so they should be plentiful. Also, not trying to be off topic but powder and ammo showing up at my shops as well.....

Call Wolf springs they know......I have asked about a dozen guns and they haven't let me down.....

My Bladetech for my stock 3 has to be inserted pretty hard to click even with the screws backed out......

Just happened that I was in Boise on business and stopped by and bought two holsters, look great!!! Dan has a nice shop and I hope I win the OPEN gun that they had raffle tickets for......

They're shipping soon I'm told, Monday, can't wait!!! I'll be shooting with it next Saturday..........sounds like a kid with a new toy!!! I assure you I am!!!! Ask my wife, LOL!!!
