I started with a blade tech and then won a comp tac from an IDPA event. The blade tech is a little slimmer which I like in three gun for belt space since I'm so dang skinny. The comp tac has a deeper draw cut and seems to be a little smoother out of the holster. If you want to use something you might actually carry I would suggest a hideous holster (zero concealment systems). They are holsters made by cops in their garage, they are a good price, ship fast and the body hugging kydex holsters are the way to go for concealment. I wear one for duty everyday.

I know strelok was already mentioned but you don't have to have a smart phone to use it. You can also use it on a tablet such as an ipad or android equivalent. I just started getting into the long range game and this app is totally making life easier for me. Give it a shot.

I also run a mag pouch in the 7 and 8 o clock position. I usually run a 48 round nordic extended mag and I run a 20 round pmag on my belt. The 20 rounder is shorter and doesn't dig into my side. I usually won't need more than 68 rounds on a stage! Give it a shot it's very comfortable.

You can use the standard tek lock no problem. I will be honest I do not like the safariland ar15 holder compared to my blade-techs. Don't get me wrong they are light weight, thin and cheap. They're just not for me.

If you are looking for a cheap camcorder with good quality check out the canon HF R400 you can get it for less than $200 and it will do what you want. It was discontinued this year so it may be harder to find. The updated R500 is a little more expensive but best buy has it on sale for 250 right now. Good luck.
