Count me on some of that bidding. I used to have subscription to Gun Games when I was in college and when I decided to get back into shooting (last month) I couldnt find anything about that mag. How long has it not been around? I would love to get those old mags!!! Let us know!

I shot Smallbore rifle for a few years in Junior High Then moved to HighPower Rifle in High School (Ohio State Junior team 2 years) Then more HighPower in the USMC as a Sniper Now, decided to give IDPA/USPSA a go...

Welcome from another Newbie! FYI: The search feature is awesome and there are plenty of FAQ's to read. More information than you could possibly imagine! IDPA holster and revolver rules are all out of place right now, so dont do anything...YET! Good Luck!

I do currently have a 1911 .45 and thought about using it for a while till I figure out what I want. (from most peoples advice on here) I plan on watching the classifieds and maybe picking up a few used items (rig, Glock, S_I....) so that I can try a few things and figure out what may suit my skinny little hands No reloading, but figure I will be sometime this year, so I can tune my own loads. But will probably just buy white box for now. Other suggestions? If anyone in the area is attending any matches soon, let me know so I can tag along....... Anyone go to NorthWest Ohio Combat Pistol Club? FlexMoney, Where do you shoot?

Thanks for the help everyone. I have been going through the FAQ's and think there is some great information out there. (Hope the more senior members add more....hint, hint...) I plan on visiting a few clubs to watch some matches and then start shooting as well. I am in NW Ohio, so if anyone out there is from around here and want to take me under their wing, feel free.... I have to say that it is kinda confusing figuring out the rules for guns, holsters for IPSC, USPSA and IDPA. I was hoping to buy something that would fit them all and just blast away. Are there any videos out there of the last few Nationals? The only I see are from the 90's? Now back to my reading.....
