I ordered one, now I am rethinking installing it as I think it may dig into my support hand palm. Anyone experience this?

First try the path least resistance and take out the CJW TRS and go with a 11.5# main spring with extended firing pin. And I agree, you are a rare breed that actually wants to increase his trigger weight pull!

From what I've seen, what you are thinking of doing would work. Dropping from 13# main spring to a 11.5# only decreases my DA, reduced my SA by .1# if that. This is all with the stock TRS. Since we are talking about the TRS, how much is that supposed to reduce DA and SA by?

What do you guys use for what kind of ammo? Have the stock one in there right now and it works well for me. Just wondering what people tend to use.

Very nice man! Questions: What is the reason for shortening the frame? Is only to improve balance? Wouldn't this increase recoil impulse? Did you only undercut the beavertail and not the trigger guard? You also felt the slide cuts made the gun snapier?

Thanks for the info guys! Looks like I'll be saving some money and leaving the slide alone! I want the grip on the TS to be as close to my Phantom as possible. The Phantom fits me like a glove. No other pistol has ever fit as well as it has, and that's probably why I shoot it better than anything else too. Pics of your guys' undercuts?

Hey guys, Looking to send my 9mm TS to CZC for a grip reduction and trigger guard and beavertail undercuts (just like the Czechmate). Will be installed a FO front sight, SA flat trigger, and extended safety while it's there as well. My questions are: Is lightening the slide a worthwhile modification? Who has done it? How did it improve (or not)? The CZC competition hammer is and has been out of stock for months with no sign of when it will be back in stock. Do I have any other options here? Would really like to have the trigger improved while it is at CZC. I have the CGW hammer on my Phantom and absolutely LOVE it. I know it is thinner than the TS hammer, but would it still be able to be used on a TS? If so, would there be any drawbacks of using it vs. the CZC hammer made for the TS? Planning on refinishing the frame in a burnt bronze. Anyone have pics of different finished TS's? Any other modifications that are suggested while the gun is getting some love from CZC? I am about to send my TS out for some custom work and was considering lightening the slide. From the sounds of it, it doesn't improve anything. Guess that's a good thing as it will be saving me some money

Just put on the extended +3 basepads on my 20rd 9mm mags. They work great, but I can only fit 22rd's. I can fit the 23'rd rounds, but it's so tight the gun wont pick it up. I need these followers and springs, but as usual, CZC is out of stock. I remember reading at one time that someone else made similar? Is there an alternative to the CZC kit?

Just picked up a DAA Race Master with a SP01 block. Read that it can be modified to fit the Tac Sport and was wondering if there was a vid or instructions on what needs to be done? I think I have an idea of what needs to be done, but always better to follow someone that has already done it. Also picked up the DAA Race Master pouches. They fit my SP01 mags perfect, but I can't get the Tac Sport mags to fit nicely. I figured the Tac Sport mags are pretty close to STI mags, and that it would work? Anyone use these pouches for TS mags? Thanks in advance!

Those are for the small frame of your Phantom and are actually a hair over 171mm. Stuart Wong posted about modifying them to fit in the 171mm gauge, but I can't find it right now. Oh, I know they are for the SP01 frame... wouldn't mind something that holds more than the 17 my MecGar's do currently. But for the place I'm shooting at now, they need to be 141mm or under... Can't currently find them, but are the 19rd MecGar's under 141mm?
