  1. I only use cylinder on a course with all clay birds if there is any steel in the course of fire the lightest I will go is IC.
  2. I carry Improve modified, modified, light modified, improve cylinder, Skeet and cylinder. I use light modified 90% of the time.

  4. You also want to replace the firing pin spring.
  5. Start low and work your way up. Load up 10 of each start at 4.0 then 4.2 and 4.4 Then chrono all of them and record the numbers to find out your power factor. The numbers in the book have never been close to right out of any guns that I tested. I bet you don't need to go to max load.
  6. That's a hot load especially with a magnum primer. I would not shoot them. I would pull the bullets and put 4.3 gn of powder than shoot them with the magnum primer.
  7. They might be loaded a little hot with a magnum primer. What grain bullet is he loading? I load 115 gn bullet with 4.5 gn of Unique.
  8. I pulled the load master off the bench today and replaced it for a XL 650 what a difference. Wish it didn't take me 4 years to make the switch.
  9. They will be fine for clays and most steel. You may need a little heaver load for steel at a distance.

  12. No it will not work with hammer down. You can heat the strap and mold it to work hammer down or place your order and call g-code with your order number and have them make the strap longer to work with hammer down.
