  1. Yeah Shay at Akai custom does great work give me a call or email.
  2. I guess the sites down, dang
  3. Thanks ,glad to be able to get my order in. On their Facebook page they stated their was a limit to 10k primers. Good luck
  4. RC works great , it has been compared to N320. I use it with 135 grain Bear Creek bullets @ 1.112 and 3.7 grains of RC shoots soft and is accurate. I used the same data for N320, but as always work up your load. Good luck

    draw time

There are some good techniques in Matt Burkett's video that have helped me have a consistent .85- .95 draw at 7 yards ( non concealed). The key for me was minimizing extra movement (not hunching my upper back ), and to work up to that speed. Another good resource is Steve Anderson's dry fire books. Good luck
  6. Ordered a case of 124 JHp Friday and just received shipping notice this morning.
  7. Thanks everyone for the heads up , was able to order some 124 JHP . http://montanagoldbullet.com/public_html/magento/index.php/
  8. I have a Eagle and it flat out runs, and shoots factory and long OAL ammo just fine. Also have an SVI and Akai custom 2011 . The eagle is not as nice , but accuracy is just as good. There are several good deals on 2011's that come through the classifieds on BE.
  9. AZ gunut, I started out with a 18.5 M2 tactical. I had some issues with some longer shots on steel, but I mostly ran the factory Mod choke. As others have said if that is what gets you out shooting 3 gun then run it ( until you can upgrade ). I'm running a 21" M2 now and I'm glad I made the switch , and the 3" longer barrel did make a difference.
  10. I like your setup TNshoot I have only loaded pistol and .223 on the 650. I have had great results with the 650 so far. Once I started to clean the flash hole on .223 my groups have shrunk to 1/2" at 100 yards.
  11. You are the luckiest guy , haha. I can take that 650 off your hands if you want.
  12. WWB 115's worked great for me when I didn't reload.
  13. Wst works great, with 180 bear creeks. Minor - WST 3.6 gr @ 1.180( bunny fart load).
  14. Check out Akai Custom, I have a SVI and a STI 40 and really like them . My buddy just had a 9 mm built by Shay for 3 gun, it is crazy accurate and is one of the nicest guns I have shot. Good luck with your purchase .
  15. Yes it is scarce, I'm having trouble finding any SG ammo, unless you own a 20 gauge. Might be lucky to hit up the Bass Pro in Orlando. Good luck in the match guys.
  16. I also have a Nordic, and I am very pleased with it.
  17. Thanks guys, I was able to contact bear creek. BBI is a stand up company, they actually gave me the number. That's why I like this site ( shooters helping shooters).
  18. MG is getting $$, so I switched to bayous. Then I wanted to save even more money so I am now shooting Bear Creek , but they are smokey with TG. Switched to WST(less smoke), and I'm very happy with the combo.
  19. I have no contact information with Bearcreek bullet. The only contact I had was extreme adventure las Vegas, and they are all out of bullets. And he has no idea if he will be able to order anymore Bearcreek bullets
  20. Hey guys looking to buy some Bear Creek bullets and can't find them anywhere. Any help is appreciated. JP
  21. I will PM with info on some local matches. Stag 3 G is a good choice , just put a better comp on it. JP
  22. JP-15 , What part of FL are you in? I shoot a couple of matches in the Central and South Florida. The Stag and Colt are not as readily available as JP.Plus JP does a lot for our sport. I have sold many M6's they are nice rifles(gunshop I worked at) , but like Mark said would not work to well with 3 gun .
  23. I took Markco advice on the 18" rifle length gas system, im very pleased. I have only owned 16" barrel AR's in the past. There is a notable difference on recoil reduction , added with a rifle length buffer, and comp . There is nothing wrong with a JM comp. There is a ton of info out there on the different brands, I really like the titan, seekins, and JP. I currently use a seekins comp. and feel its less concussive to the shooter. Good luck in your endeavour , JP
