  1. OK, I got the message, I will no further interfere. I thought it was about IPSC but it is about USPSA and of this rule book I don't know anything about.
  2. OK, is Nederlands beter, oder in die Deutsche sprache, parlez vous francais, spanish might also be an option. GA = General Assembly
  3. Nice discussion but what will really happen in the USA after the GA in Ecuador if the GA decides to change PD in IPSC? Does anyone what your RD will decide?
  4. Wasn't the question about: Why Not Producton Major?, In IPSC this would reduce the 9mm bias If you are just shooting USPSA the thred must be about USPSA Division rules and not IPSC. Why bother about high caps anyway? USPSA has different rules as IPSC has. That OK. "Local"rules are allowed.
  5. Why should the rest of World do what the US wants them to do. Why ain't the US take a look over the fence and see how others do it and maybe think about doiing it different. What I do read between the lines is how to get even with a gun with less rounds. Pff, in 1993 no US shooter did not care they had High Cap gun while the others had none. Now it is different, the others have High Caps and the US 10 rounds max and suddenly rules have to be changed? Make no sense to me babe.
  6. What would be the difference between Standard and Production if both have minor and major power factors? In fact none.
  7. Have you ever been shooting a 9 mm and right away after that a .40 S&W? Didn't you notice is was easier to shoot the .40 S&W? So why bother about major or minor. In my opion the IPSC should make it much easier to all of us, just one (1) power factor in every Division. And everyone who wants to use a bigger, stronger and heavier cartridge its just up to himself to deal with it.
  8. OK, thanks, I think mr rumor allready read yor answer. I will not send any to questions to Victor. That will not solve my problem. Probably Victor will point directly to my own Region to ask the questions over there.
  9. Just take a look at teamoffire.it Look for Reloading data Good luck.
  10. The P99 is a good choice, allthough P99 shooters in my country will want to develope and this means in time they will buy a gun with more rounds per mag as the 16 rounds in a P99. I myself had a P99 and now I am shooting the LDA. I ordered a Tanfoglio Stock Custom and that did not arrive yet.
  11. I think he is just shooting a .45ACP. The 220 is a 7 shot pistol and if you want to shoot production why not a 9 mm? Oh yeah, sorry, you US boys and girls only shoot with 10 rounds in your mags while in Europe we still use the old 18 rounds mags in Glock or Para Ordnance LDA.
  12. The date of 15th february 2005 ordering and paying Ammo to the organization will be moved to a later date? I heard a rumor, is this true?
  13. If you fly by KLM from Amsterdam, you will not pass any US airport. Example: KL753 Amsterdam Schiphol to Quito - Mariscal Sucr From/to Actual Status Amsterdam Schiphol 20Dec 23:31 Departed Bonaire - Flamingo Field 21Dec 03:36 Arrived Bonaire - Flamingo Field 21Dec 05:32 Departed Guayaquil - Simon Bolivar 21Dec 07:12 Arrived Guayaquil - Simon Bolivar 21Dec 09:10 Quito - Mariscal Sucr 21Dec 10:00 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- time is probably local time or check at http://www.klm.com
  14. I wonder why you would buy a pistol with a 15 shot magazin? The Glock has 3 rounds more in the magazin. Did you know the guns are made in Croatia? hs2000
  15. In the rulebook there are two different types of targets, the metric (old) and the smaller classic (new). Why don't they use the metric target anymore at the main events? If the USA still uses the metric, why is it not possible to use the metric again at the WSXIV?
  16. 17. Will it be possible for a competitor to shoot in the prématch, because if go I also want to film at the main match.
  18. The number will be higher if the ammunition still will be a hot item on the WSXIV
  19. surprise! On the WSXIII I was using a Glock 17 which I obtained directly from the Dutch importer, who also delivers to the military in Holland. The standard magazins all can contain 18 + a half cartridge without the customizing you mentioned. Oh boy, what will happen to me if I shoot my Tanfoglio Stock Custom in the catalogue mentioned as a 16 round mag pistol and I can put 20 round in its mag without customizing this mag?
  20. Allthough I don't like him (I met him in SA 2002), I do admire the shooting of Todd Jarrett . After two times ending second in the Phillipines and in South Africa I really hope he will be the number one and Eric Grauffel the number two . Though it will be very very difficult to beat Eric and espiacilly Martin Kaminicek from CZ.
  21. I have seen a lot of shooters in the matches from 1993 till this year and except the Franciso guy I did meet the other two. To be honest I have met nicer guys who were shooting IPSC. PS: on the internet you can find a film of Henning during the EC2004 on stage 4. I wonder if you do agree Henning had a DQ? (Only the RO did not notice it)
  22. Most of the WS and EC organizations deliver a video or a DVD. On the WSXIII 2002 some guys followed the Supersquad and filmed them. What did became of their movie I do not know, probably in a private archive. I know a guy who made a nice DVD of the WSXIII mostly of some Dutchies and some pictures of the dream team Open, the Aussies and the Israelian Kirsch. You should contact him for a copy of his privat DVD. Only problem will be he delivers his film only to members of the IPSC, so you have to prove you are a IPSC member. Can you do that?
  23. Every one who will be goiing to the WS probably will practice allready on the classic target. The nationals will be a piece of cake to them if they have to shoot on the metric target . Why? Somebody wrote the metric target was as big as a barn door ?!! So why bother?
  24. I rather had a D then a miss. Its acceptable to me if it happens. I am a slow shooter, with my 46 years of age, 203 cm in length and 140 kg in weight. The other week I became second with 94 % in a match in Holland. I did not lose so many time, but the others were all faster. Instead I had lots of A's, so my score was better and that was the main reason. At the EC2004 I was very slow and just because I had only two D's on the whole match (and both on stage #1) and lots of A's I did not finish last and left many youngsters behind me. Thats the nice thing of production scoring, the score is as even important as time is.
