Step on the activator, shoot as many other targets as you can, same as any other, you just won't get as many other targets. Don't over think it know your timing Have the gun up and ready to shoot or be shooting as you activate, the general rule with ANY activator is to control it. by that i mean, figure out your timing in relation to the activator so that you know exactly when you will shoot the activated target. not controlling it means you are at the mercy of when that target appears, and that is never good.

i've had prescription oakleys since 2000-they are the shitz-love 'em. just ordered a new half-jacket with 2 types of lenses, black iridium is great all around lens, and also the rudy iridium is really nice for low light or cloudy days. the half jackets have interchangable lenses...but since they are prescription, they are big bux. but well worth the investment.

as the 2009 season is about to start, i am depressed at the sad state of affairs in auto racing. the organizational powers have killed the sport. take F1-the pinnacle of motor sports. a few drivers get killed and the technology gets suppressed. the engineers figure out ways around it, but the organizational powers just change all the classic race tracks so they are nothing but big parking lots. it sux. then there's drag racing. since before i was a kid, they raced the quarter mile. a few drivers get killed and nhra starts limiting nitro and stuff to reduce speed. after another death, nhra decides to race 1,000 feet. boring. then there's nascar. cars start flying at super speedways, so they put restrictors on the carbs. speeds decrease, but then nascar wants to rein in costs and now every team has the exact same boxy looking POS car that runs the exact same speed. boring. oh well, enuf rant for today. sure glad i have tivo of racing in the past to remember.

chuck-it was for desert sportsman's, but i'll be staying there this year as well. only about 8-10 mins further than desert sportsman's. last time there, basspro had a sale on AA's. walked away with 2 cases. if i remember right, didn't you and everett have to leave early one shooting day cause the wives had ducats to see elton john one night?

the flags at SMM 3gun a few years ago sucked...everybody got junked.
