  1. Your opinion is worth much more than that! In my opinion, unless you're very weak, don't focus too much on weight, what's more important is to have a good balance in the rifle. Some of the triggers out there are really poor too. Match trigger and barrel, 1 MOA:ish accuracy, quality stock and high quality sights. And training, training...
  2. Well, it's cold and snowy outside so here's some indoor training with various Glock 17s, perhaps a 19 as well. Shooting with 'environmental friendly' ammo, the flame is a bit different. compare: http://www.3gun.se/showthread.php?135-Glock-34-Generation-4-Projekt-IPSC-Open&p=1277&viewfull=1#post1277
  3. The new comp worked out fine. It was quite difficult to mount the first time, the threads vs. barrel had very tight tolerances, but it did get there eventually. Now the threads are more open, so I need to put some Loctite to hold the comp in place. I am sorry this is out of focus, but you can still see what's going on and how the comp works and how the Glock recoils. This is with 9 mm Magtec 9B. It's filmed during competition in 600 FPS. Glock G34 Gen 4 Open division for IPSC filmed in 600 FPS And here's me getting some problems, case didn't eject and fell down in the same place again....and sorting them out... After this I did a 2 Gun competition (IPSC Lvl 2) and managed to score 2:nd place in Open (Handgun+Rifle) and 5:th overall. Great fun! I was shooting IPSC Minor with Rifle (JP CTR-02) and IPSC Major Handgun. Shooting major for the first time, worked out fine.
  4. Very sorry for being off radar. Been busy with the European Championshipn IPSC Rifle in Bulgaria and World Shoot IPSC Shotgun Hungary, and work/life... I've put this as front sight, to help me recover the sight picture (red dot) when shooting weak handed (or just losing sight...) http://www.brownells...2550-55887.aspx Sight Color: Tritium, White Size: .315 Style: Dot, Low-Profile, Night Sight, Tritium Made in the USA The sight comes up a bit, which helps me find where the barrels is in "special situations".
  5. I have one on order. Will be half a hear or so before I know...

  7. Sure, no problem. But if poss leave a link to me so I can follow. Cheers.
  8. Just wanted to make some people jealous, we got the Akdal MKA 1919 Original 10 shot magazines yesterday. And plenty of them! Do they work? YES! Off to World Shoot Hungary! Just in time delivery as they say...
  9. Yes, designed and made in Sweden. However C More is the industry standard for 1911 style-Open pistols. A lot of good, working packages, are offered with the C More. For me, I think the red dot comes too high with this solution. The closer to the gun the better. Also, in my opinion, Aimpoints are better on hunting rifles and for LE/Military applications. I use the Micro on my AR-15 for IPSC. It's die hard stuff that you can run over, but the drawback is a tube feeling and I also think the reflex you get from the diode is sometimes destracting. I have seen chinese copies that offer a better defined dot. I have evaluated the Aimpoint Micro on a Glock, it's not very good compared to what I'm using now.
  10. Stage 3 - The Last Boy Scout? Gotta love OPEN http://www.3gun.se/showthread.php?258-Bilder-Tallmilan-Cup-2012-Level-2
  11. Few Glocks here, but just adding some cool content from the last competiton Tallmilan 2012 here in Stockholm, Sweden.
  12. I have a new Compensator, from SJC. http://stores.sjcguns.com/Categories.bok?category=SJC+Components%3APistol+Comps Tested this weekend at a competition, still only shooting minor however.
  13. I am using the Z6i and Aimpoint in a SPUHR mount. Google it or have a look at my previous pictures.
  14. Thanks to DAE Double Alpha Equipment http://www.dae.se/ I could borrow a digital instrument to measure the amount of pressure needed for the different triggers. A Glock G17 Gen 4 (IPSC Production) and a G34 Gen 4 with Glockworx trigger. I think the pictures explain the result? ...and the winner is a rifle. Uronen Precision UR-15...about 800 g. (Jard) The JP CTR-02 is about twice.
  15. New delivery. New larger compensator. Need to start by cleaning all the threads as they've become quite dirty. www.3Gun.se
  16. Here's me shooting my Вепрь-12 Молот, or Molot Vepr 12E, tuned by Dirk Frey. I guess Dirk will be using a similar shotgun in the IPSC World Shoot. Hopefully a winner in Open, but we'll see in Hungary in September. I haven't timed it but I think reload would be faster than 1.68 secs? Should be faster now after some more practice. Short stage. Got some hickups as I was shooting 24 g only.
