  1. I have one on order, but: "We are very sorry having to inform you that we are currently not able to deliver GLOCK 34 Gen4 resp. GLOCK 35 Gen4 pistols, due to production shortage. The next possible delivery dates are by the end of March, and we may apologize for any inconveniences caused."
  2. According to my dealer there is no info available yet. Perhaps IWA in about a month's time.
  3. Nice gun. I'm looking at a similar setup, but with Glock 34 Gen 4.
  4. I'm in Europe and looking for the G34 GEN 4 so looking for availability.
  5. No limits in Open thanks, or should we forbid F1 as they're too fast? At least one class should be open, as in open. (We don't have tactical here)
  6. Thanks! Much appreciated. Is that the "JP Large-Profile Tactical Compensator" they are using? Or just the normal one? I cant't tell from the picture. http://www.jprifles.com/1.4.3_tre.php
  7. I've deceided. Going for the Z6i. Not sure which reticle but LD-I or BRT-I, what do you say? Apparently the S&B has a limited field of view even at lowest power setting, and the illuminated dot is not as sharp. Lighter too
  8. Not saying it's light, but I think the Z6i is the same. About 650 grams. Schmidt & Bender 1-8x24 PM Short Dot Info and videos here: http://www.3gun.se/showthread.php?13-Kikarsikte-för-IPSC-Rifle-Schmidt-amp-Bender-1-8x24-PM-Short-Dot&highlight=bender
  9. There's a Schmidt & Bender 1-8 PM coming out. Soon I hope, otherwise I'll get the Z6i. Altough you may not need it for IPSC/3GUN really, I think one benefit is that you have the option to go out to x8 if you need to for other purposes. Test the rifle, long range sniping etc., and I presume the dra back is only the cost and not so much added weight.
  10. I still wonder when I can buy the Schmidt & Bender 1-8x24 PM Short Dot that was released beginning of THIS year... This is what I want: 1-8 x 24 ShortDot Police Marksman II Anyone tried it? Bought it? etc...
  11. Hi, I tried this on my Glock G17 Gen 4. I already had the sight, so it was just a quick and dirty, learning by doing, test for €50 (GIS Holder) to see how it was going to be to shoot open. The Aimpoint Micro has 4 MOA. I think 6 MOA would be better and 8 probably too big for my liking. I'm looking at the G35, and I'd probably go for a C MORE 6 MOA. More pics: http://www.3gun.se/entry.php?5-Aimpoint-Micro-H1-monterat-på-Glock-17-(Gen-4)-m.h.a.-FAB-GIS This is a friend's G35 with C MORE. Works well.
  12. Sounds like a great rifle to start with. Is the S&B a true 1,0 magni?
  13. This one is pretty "off road". Not necessarily a bad thing, great service to be had!
  14. 50/50 happy with mine. They did warn me about the fitting for Glocks, and mine is very tight. (new Glock 17 Gen 4). So I got an instruction with a picture, but for €300 I don't expect to start to do the mods when I get the holster. Good support, but I had wished I hadn't needed it. Still haven't modified it, have no time and no interest
  15. Many thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. As it is impossible to export more than 10 shot magazines and collapsible stocks I just took what comes with the rifle, but I do like the ACE stock anyway. But I will most certainly change it once I have some more experience. I will stay with the large-profile JP Tactical Compensator. I confess the heat sink (red!) is more for looks but I presume I can remove it if I like. Does anyone know how heavy it is? * New question - there's a possibility to get a pinned comp. Does it mean I can change compensators in the future? Can't really understand that option, and it seems forbidden in certain US States? Apart from the "sniper style" I presume my JP rifle will look a bit like this (color) Does anyone know the length of the hand guard on this picture? (or guesstimate) Anyone with inspiring pictures of their JP Rifles? Again, many thanks!
  16. I'm about to order a JP Rifle CTR-02, just waiting for the US State Dept. to give us export. (takes forever) I'm going to use the rifle for IPSC Rifle and I intend to compete in Open class. The sight will be a Swarovski Z6i 1-6 or a Schmidt & Bender 1-8 when it arrives. I'm new to this but learn everyday. However it's really difficult as there are almost no guns to look at or test your own preferences before buying, so it's like a black map. So my question is what have I done wrong, or could do better. Once I have the rifle it will be too late, and I'd rather make the mistakes on paper instead of ordering the wrong thing and order a new part. A few specific questions: * Should I order the large-profile JP Tactical Compensator for .223 or am I good with the smaller comp? * Hand Guard: Extra long hand guard. Good choice or too long? 17. I don't have a specific question, but perhaps this thread will answer some future ones. A few weeks ago I visited Uronen Pecision in Finland. I won't go into translating everything, but pictures are universal. Overall I was impressed with the rifle and I'm sure I'd be happy with one. http://www.3gun.se/showthread.php?66-Besök-hos-Uronen-Precision-Rifles-(FIN). 18" and 20"
  18. Thanks for the pdf. Shooting my first match next week (Sweden).
