  1. Couldn't tell you what the "best" is, however this is the one that I got. It seems to be quality made, comes with 2 mag's, and I have not had any troubles with it. http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info.php?cPath=21_45_252&products_id=31322
  2. Any updates on the scope trudge? Did you check out the Leupold VX-6 1-6?
  3. Doubtful, but that's what hopes and dreams are made of!!!
  4. Any updates yet. I saw a youtube video that Leupold has the VX-6 1-6x. However they give no other details on it. Anyone who is there care to give up some details on it?
  5. You could get into a Saiga for roughly $1k give or take how basic you wanted to go with it and how many mag's you felt you needed. The good thing about Saiga's is you have some give with upgrading it in stages. It all depends on what you consider a "budget".
  6. I have read a little that if you send your scope to Burris they will switch out the huge turrets with some low profile ones? Wondering what the cost and turn around time for this usually is?
  7. Cool. Where did you get that price? Drool. Yes please share, I need a few more....especially at that price
  8. Being from the frozen wasteland just to your north, I know how winter can cause the mind to run rampant thinking about shooting for the upcoming season. But definately listen to what Jesse said. After you are at a match or two you will look at things in a whole new light. I have made a few bad purchases of shooting equipment in the past that I attribute to nothing more than cabin fever in the heart of winter. With that said; if you want to get ready for the upcoming 3 gun season. Buy a couple of shotgun caddies and practice reloading. Fast loading of the SG IMHO is the toughest part of this game, and the easiest to practice at home in the off season. Either make or have someone make some dummy rounds and practice reloading. Regardless of if you keep one of your SG's or buy a new one of whatever brand the loading will be the same for all tube fed guns.
  9. May be thinking of the Federal flight control wod.
  10. I sent mine in the week before Xmas and I haven't received notification that they got it, however I know that it is there.
  11. You had me at loaded guns. The changes sound excellent!!! I hope my leg is healed up by then. If not, I will be crawling through this match. What about the Rascal Scooter???
  12. The SDB comes with all dies needed for whichever caliber you get it in. If you only need it to load 9mm, then buy one in 9mm and you are good to go. Get a loading manual, do some research on powder, bullets, etc and get to work playing with it!
  13. After doing a ton reading I think I am going to just load two powders for each bullet weight. I will try to work some Varget and 2230 loads up for the 69SMK and see if my rifle prefers either more than the other. Any other powder that would be a must to try for the 69's? Edit that my barrel is a 18" 1/9 twist.
  14. Searched and only found one previous topic on this. Looking for a one powder that can be used for 55 gr MG and 69 gr SMK. The other thread I found on it gave 2230 and TAC as two options. Locally TAC and VV powders are not available. H335, 2230, Benchmark, Varget are readily available. It wouldn't be a problem to use two different powders if I had to, but if there was one that did the trick for both it would be easier. Thanks
  15. Yeah Bobby at Freedom should be able to help you with them.
  16. I ordered the trugrip from Manny a few weeks ago and had them the same week.
  17. No, but I will look into it. What made it better than the iPhone?
  18. My department purchased a few of the 870 stocks for some smaller stature females to use. I shot one at a qualification and they did reduce the 12 ga recoil considerably. Can't speak for one regarding the rifle 1st hand. With a good comp/gas system I have never felt the need to try and reduce the recoil any further. However I could see the merit for guys shooting .308, etc. big boy guns.
  19. The threaed was about carts, and that most definately is a 3 gun cart!
  20. Anyone with AT&T using any of the Windows 7 phones? They are offering buy one get one free with the LG Quantum and HTC Surround. My contract is up for a renewal and I am debating between them or the Iphone 4.
