  1. I'm pretty sure Hulu doesn't carry Versus. I'm hoping someone recorded it though. NO not fair.
  2. 8 years (and Counting) Combat Medic. She'll love it. heh, I won't comment about this
  3. "WARNING: Slight thread side jack" I wonder if the Surefire MB556AR is allowed in tactical, it's a bit longer then the MB556 but virtually the same.
  4. Just went through 8 pages of searches, and These 2 keep popping up as the top 3gun slings, with Vtac's sling taking the majority of the votes, My question is what makes the Vtac any different then the one BlueForce offers? They look virtually the same, with all the addon's you can place on them. Can someone clue me in?
  5. Two questions: What color light pipe are you using? You put the triangle under the target, yes? at a 100 yards I just center mass the triangle with the center mass of the target.
  6. Alot of us down here run with the HiViz Shotgun TriComp Front Sight. Really easy to see at low light and the triangle seems to flow better for "aiming" slugs.
  7. That is why the world was given DVR. or even better, HULU
  8. Yeah, but most people drive it. Actual stage distance is from about 30 to 100 yards of actual distance. Hope to see you there. Pity, I would think it be more fun to ruck it.
  9. For RM3Gun, Tactical class has this restriction That muzzle break would only be ok for OPEN.
  10. The day I concede defeat on my goals, is the day I pick up golf. -Doc
  11. You know, your right! I was looking over my M&P last night thinking it should be possiable, but then I rememebered that I had a USB installed, and what it took to get the thing in lol.
  12. It's posted on the USPSA site. We didn't specify a waiting period and it was meant to be passed in time for the Multigun Nationals. I believe it's effective now. Wow, that was quick. Too bad I can't go, not enough time to ask for those days off
  13. I've been wanting to do it for a while, but whats that saying "I'd be damn if i'm first to find out it doesn't work."
  14. This is a tad bit off subject but why wasn't the rule of Open division shotgun being limited to XX amount of shells not changed?
  15. Both were mentioned and considered before approving the rule change. Both are now okay in Limited. If you want to mount your EoTech with multiple aiming dots on the side of your gun and use your fancy target irons on the top go for it. There just isn't that much of an advantage there. We didn't want to restrict the folks who have co-witnessed iron sights, or flip up back up sights unnecessarily. The idea behind the rule change was to attract new shooters to Multigun. The shooters out there who bought black rifles and threw red dots on because that's what they see guys carrying in the sandbox. This gives them a chance to come to a Multigun match with the equipment they have, and compete in a division with guys using similar equipment. I still remember the first USPSA 3 Gun match I came to. I had a Trijicon Reflex on my Duty rifle and had to compete in Open. (This was before Tactical). Totally turned me off from USPSA 3G and it was years before I tried it again. Telling the new guy with a red dot to compete in Tactical against the guy with the $1600.00 Swarovski is a bit like telling him he's competing against the guy with the full custom 2011 with his Ruger P85. The top Iron sight guys are still gonna beat them, red dot or not. Heck I can't beat Piatt or Miller with my fancy magnified scope (don't tell Kurt) The hope was to not drive any existing shooters away, and attract new ones. There was quite a bit of consultation with some of the major 3 gun MD's in the country. Some are already allowing red dots in limited. They saw a large in flux of new folks come to matches. If we can get more people shooting Limited, without just shuffling the Divisions around, I see it as a good thing. If we find out after a year or so that no one is competing in Limited still and we haven't gained anything we can always revisit the decision. But I think this is going to be a good thing for Multigun in general and Limited specifically. And I completely agree, my first 3gun match I ever shot was with a M&P15T w/Holosight since then I've moved on to bigger and better things , But when I saw my name on the result sheet being last in tactical division, a lesser man would probably say "screw this game, I ain't gonna pay XXXX's of dollars for just a scope".
  16. Don't get me wrong I'm 100% behind this rule change, but with any game, people are gonna "game" it. and I secretly hope this will catch on to the other 3gun rules as well . After all someones gotta be a ginue pig.
  17. I can see some griping here because of this, but overall I believe this is a change for the better, Iron shooters will still have the advantage of longer shots due to being able to "click" in elevation. And this will give reddot shooters a chance in placing decent at a match. After all this division is called "limited" and not "iron only". Couple concerns i'm seeing here is 1) Some models EoTech's have reticles with more then 1 Point of reference, IE: EXPS3-2 which allows for two POA's which is unique to the holographic technology. 2) I can see Iron sight rifles being built with a reddot off to the side like how most open rifles being built, that way they'll have the reddot for close in shots and can use there irons for the longer 100+ yard shots, would this be consider intent of the rules? and personally, I think this would be the only reason why I would ever even compete in limited division if 1x reddots were allowed to compete in it.
  18. This is just speculation, but you could use a Bomar adjustable combat rear sight if you know a gunsmith that can mill the slide to fit it.
  19. I've had the whole package installed on mine for maybe a month now and put pretty close to 800rnds through it since. It is surprisingly a bit lighter, specially if you already had all the other APEX parts put in with just the stock springs, but after a day or 2 at the range the gun will feel normal to you. Everyone I've handed my gun too so far has loved it and surprised its not a "real" trigger job.
  20. You can't go wrong with either or, but be fore warned, if you get the M&P pro in .40, theres a good chance you'll never shoot your XD again M&P .40s have been around for a while now. they just added a 5 inch slide and barrel
  21. that he did.... Oh man the look on his face is classic!
  22. Kelly was damn lucky he did miss that ten of spades. I pretty sure even Andre would had just finish of the spades giving him a flush, were as kelly could only finish with a strait.
  23. I was wondering how Good KAC bulletflight program is, or if others are using something else to do their on the spot ballistic calculations that works better then the KAC?
  24. Practice yesterday. M2 Benelli Shoot one, load four, shoot one. -Average reload for reloading 4, around 6.00 sec, Clearly needs alot of work, Goal: to load 8 in under 10.00 secs. Plate rack .22pistol/optic -Average first shot from low ready: Just under a 1.00 sec -Transitions plate to plate: Avg .40 sec State Steel Challenge match in 2 weeks Then RM3G right after.
