  1. After having read many different opinions on this thread I understand that there are arguments for and against the classifier update at Nat's time. I also realize that the USPSA staff is extremely busy before and after the Nat's. Now, having got that disclaimer out of the way, it is my opinion that they should have updated the classifier and used the latest update for the Nat's. We all pay our USPSA dues and fees and one of the many things USPSA does for our money is process classifiers. If I pay for something I expect to receive that service/product in a timely manner, as I'm sure most everyone else does. From what I've read on this thread it seems that this is not the first time this has happened. One person that posted stated that classifiers have been delayed before for Nat's, SHOT, or other large events in the industry. To me this seems unprofessional. Anyway, at the very least I think they could have put up something on the website stating "Classifiers will not be run until after the Nat's due to all of our staff being at the Nat's." Just my opinion. Chris Harpin
  2. MarkCO and Kevin Holman --- Thank you for taking the time to work up the scores for TO. I guess there was some arbitration to be dealt with. I would still like to see the "Official" scores for all of the divisions.
  3. Is the app out yet? If so, where? I know the start date was supposed to be 10/1. Getting close!
  4. Spanky- Unfortunately, I think you're correct. I was really hoping they would get it done before the Nats. I shot a classifier match in 2 different divisions, a club match, and 2 L2 matches since the last update. I think I have 15 classifiers pending since the last update!
  5. I plan on returning next year despite the scoring SNAFU. I travelled with some great guys and shot on a great squad (18). I didn't get any chiggers/redbugs. I did wear pants for this match instead of shorts. No bug spray either. So, to all of you that got them: Where were you and what were you all doing there together? Nevermind, don't answer that.
  6. Stages look interesting. Shoot major - More bang, more points, more fun!
  7. tirvin- Welcome to the Enos forums. I too live in N. LA. I'm east of you though. Check out www.BayouShooter.com for local events. Are you shooting USPSA at Longview and Texarkana? Are you shooting IDPA at Clark Custom?
  8. I see that it didn't update again today. It starts to concern me when it hasn't finished crunching numbers by the 15th.
  9. I have a group of friends that go to this match every year, but I've never been. I will be able to go to this one. I keep checking every day for the app!
  10. Usually it is updated sometime EARLY in the morning, so if it hasn't done it by now it'll be tomorrow. The results from the Presidential election are supposed to be out today also.
  11. Big orange traffic barrels you could steal from the nearest highway do NOT float! Do not ask me how I know this. Just saying. Or did you mean the old orange Type 2 PFD's that you can strangle yourself with?
  12. I have run thousands of rounds through my 34 and 35. All of them with Federal primers and no problems.I run titanium strikers with light springs and KKM barrels.
  13. I'm very excited about this event and can't wait. Apparently I won't be there until 7ish since I'm riding with Prreed10! Can someone tell me about what post# the round count was shown on here. I didn't want to scroll through 41 pages. And also a early Thank You to all of the Sponsors and Staff for this match as well.
  14. The Butterfield Depot sounds like a kids TV show! I have stayed at some Knights Inn before at various matches. NEVER been impressed by one, but they were close to the range and tolerated our extracurricular activities!
  15. Ms. Kitty- Thank you for clearing that up. Usually I know I'm RO'ing an event before I send in the app. I didn't want to assume I was RO'ing. My app is in the mail. I'm excited about this event and can't wait to be a part of it! On a side note, I do not have any court scheduled for that week, so if I need to come early to help set up, I probably can.
  16. JBP55- You have GOT to be in the free state of Livingston Parish to know that! I grew up in EBR. I helped teach the LA POST Firearms Instructor school this year at the LPSO range in Walker (I was in the class there several years ago). I knew Denham carried the 34, but I didn't know so many others carried it there.
