With moonclips, I try to reload at full run, with speedloaders, I do tend to slow down and make sure they go in

I say a six-pack of "Silver Bullet" per stage that Otis shoots strong hand only, we could all chip in. A case for weak hand only

I've found that Federal and Remington work the best for me. I single stage deprime/resize and then clean the primer pockets on an RCBS case mate machine. Then hand prime with Federal large pistol in a "Lee" handprimer. I know this sounds like alot of extra work that may be (and probably is) unnecessary, but after loading on my 550 like I've done over 350,000 times, I had 12 light hits in a match (yes the gun has been tuned) and from that day forward, my extra efforts have yielded over 11,000 rounds with no misfires. To me the sorting of brass and extra work pay off in function and peace of mind. I still load them on my 550, but the size die is removed on station 1. Best of luck

I like the Hogue,, some guys use the Hogue and trim the width down some with a file,, make it work best for you

Definately shooting SC section, don't think I can afford to do Area 6 this year, really want to but should probably try to keep mortgage paid first,,, maybe "Hope and Change" will kick in before then, and I'll have plenty of extra money !!!!

I use a "North Mountain" 4 post in front (holds 8 clips) and put 2 or 3 single ones off to my left side. That came in handy one time last year when a field course had arrays of 4 shots at each position and I think there were 8 of them, so shoot 4 and dump was the order for that stage and the extras were nice to have

Oh yeah, almost forgot, I will have the copies of the revo squad pictures from last year with me (sorry it took a year Greg M.)if they have not rotted in my camera. I'll bring enough copies for all that were there last year

Just talked to Otis, and he is going, I'm coming down with a chick revo shooter, and was wondering how many other revo's will be there. Had a great time on the revo squad last year. Any "A" class revo's planning on shooting?

Hope it works out Bubber, I shot ssp in an IDPA match today and I just feel so DIRTY, at least I didn't get called for round dumping ( it's just not right to reload for 1 more shot,, dump a few and make the reload worth it)

I might as well get ready,,, guess I'll shoot SSP at tomorrow's IDPA match,,, shoot 11, load, shoot 1,,,, must forget shoot 6,load shoot 6 again

Just looked at self squading for Area 6 championship match, and much to my displeasure,, saw that out of 110 shooters,,, not one revo shooter is signed up (unless a few are in the squads marked "full", with no names). This would not be fun, as I would hate to go production, just to have a few people to shoot against. What gives revo's? Is anyone coming?

Looks like this week will be a 49 round minimum hose fest,,, USPSA/ IDPA and ICORE targets and lots of them, come have some fun

I say leave it alone, if you have the larger capacity mags, and want to use them, just shoot Limited and go for Alpha's

Best thing to do is buy all the primers you can, then send them all to me,, so I can test each one to make sure they work !!! As everyone else said, get some load manuals and READ them,, don't rely on what well intentioned friends tell you ( unless you trust them and have not seen them blow up any guns or keep a squib rod in their back pocket) welcome to a never ending addiction

Lots of good things said here,,,, I've been reloading for over 20 years and was doing it commercially for awhile,,,, bottom line for some of the newer people to reloading,,,, start slow and work up,,, 40 FPS faster than the other guys load might not be worth it,,, but we are (hopefully) all grown ups here so have fun
