One of the regulars on the Browning subforum of Rimfire Central did a variety of triggers for the Buckmark. Probably 4-6 months ago if you want to search it out I think he has sold a few to forum members. Love the rimfire !!! Addict

Looking good Micah! Nice music on that vid too. Congratulations on the Division win Addict

Congratulations Dan! Glad to here you made "A"! Addict

Thank goodness it didnt dump the mag on you. Do you know if the trigger is stock? I think light springs and or a (-) connecter would make it easier to bump fire under recoil. As it happened while you were doing double taps you may not be coming off the trigger and touching it as the gun comes out of recoil. Try consciously coming off the trigger slow fire (with just 2 rounds in the mag.... in case!!) and see how it behaves. This is not an uncommon operator induced error. If it still doubles, give Glock a call. They have great customer service. Addict

Sweet! Chris pretty much rocks! I think he does at least 80% of the scores for SW Ohio. I am glad someone is cool with the math. Im with Barbie on that one Addict

Any chance you can get the numbers added up from the match now that the little woman has left the compound?? Addict

Had problems every time I reassembled my 17. Seems the rear flange of the guide rod would bend in use and its ruffles potatoe chip profile made it a struggle to get the upper on each opportunity. Luckily I got the Jaeger guide rod that not only fixed all the malfunctions, but resolved the reassembly issues. Addict

Sorry to hear you didnt get the job DJ. So this guy can shoot? Think you can get him to come out and shoot a match?? The more the merrier!!!. So you had to pursue a suspect fleeing from the scene of a shooting through a light, and you are getting your nose slapped? Seems crazy to me. If you are trying to apprehend a potential murderer in my part of town I would appreciate it if you would still keep after them even if they run a stop sign or a red light Addict

Poop happens! Thanks for the update! Addict

What I have run into are a variety of failures to extract and double feeds. Ejection is erratic, but not as bad as some. Have had 3-8 malfunctions in our club matches (except the Buckeye Challenge that was fine), with a variety of 115 grain ball and 124gr American Eagle. If yours is running well, no reason to change anything out! Check out the General Glocking Subforum on GlockTalk for others experiences. Addict

The 13# spring is for 9mm, the 15# spring is for .40 S&W. If you have a gun that runs, there is not too much benefit... It lets you play with spring weight and easily replace the recoil spring without buying a new unit. If you are stuck with a 17 that doesnt want to work with a recoil spring designed for the 22 like me, the guiderod lets you use the gun without malfunctions! (hope I didnt just jinx myself there... ) LOL Addict

I finally took the Gen. 4 17 out with the Jager rod today (13# spring). 300 rounds even split WWB and Rem. green box. Not a malfunction in the bunch !! Thank You Jager!! I have been getting a variety of failures, 3-8 per match all year with a variety of ammo/bullet weights with mounting frustration. Hopefully todays practice bodes well for Sundays match. I love the way the Gen 4 frame feels in the hand but the unglocklike problems had me ready to junk it. ....now if KKM will get Jager some Gen 4 barrels so I can get an open kit..... Addict

All right DJ! I will tell you the secret to my sucess is leave the house before anyone else gets up and shotgun a pot of coffee on the way to the gym. Thats what gets Addict going!

Dang Micah, I almost missed your range diary with the name change. No need to beat yourself up over the match. You did VERY well for getting bumped into minor open after having shot half the match with 10 round mags. Who is that good looking Addict next to you

Dang DJ, you are busy!!! Good luck on the promotion search. BTW if you get it how about making me a special deputy? Police creds might make getting my dream G18 more likely!!! Addict

1)Stop performing the aggrevating activity until your symptoms are gone. 2)Take an antinflammatory. 3)Ice regularly. 4)Pain free stretching and 5) some cross friction massage. If you dont want to do #1 dont bother with the rest! Addict

Double Up in OHIO !
Addict replied to Flexmoney's topic in Match Announcements - Pistol Only - USPSA, IPSC & Misc.
The match was very well run! Stages were creative and challenging. Lunch was incredible. Scores up before I am ? Priceless I dont have anything to compare it to as it was my first major but I have to give the folks up at Pickaway Cty an A! I didnt get too humiliated on the scoring as only 7 people were in Single Stack, 5 C shooters and 2 unclassified. I will take my 96.90% and not mention the rest of it . Addict -
Still keeping my fingers crossed for a deal Dan. Heard the city manager/clowncil was going to make an announcement prior to Sunday. Hope the force gets to stay intact. If not keep your head down Addict

All good advise except taking out the FPB. The Shadow comes from the factory without it! Addict
