  1. If you are shooting at long steel with slugs you can / need to burn off the extra round into the slug aray of targets before moving to the bird shot array of targets. If you still have a slug in the gun when you are at the close range birdshot targets and fire a slug you will be DQ'd. Even if you did not hit the bird targets with a slug. So either burn it at the slug array or rack it out of the gun before you shoot the close steel. This is a safety issue not an IDPA rule of round dumping. It was the same as last year and people did not follow the rules and several DQ'd because of it. We are trying to keep that from happening this year, so everybody gets to shoot safely. And Benny because of the IDPA comment, I am giving you blanks for the entire match. Jason TxMultigun Staff Medic
  2. Have to work, so won't be registering Thursday, that's why I needed to know Friday time. Don't worry Adam. We will get you signed in on Friday morning. Bring donuts! Jason
  3. Ok. Here are answers for the last few questions. Until told other wise 4 moa long range targets. Friday registration opens @ 0645. Not set in stone so try to register Thurs. 4. I was out there yesterday and yes it does. There are some new range improvements like more bays and drainage. It is still a great range to shoot.

  7. Alot of the same guys that shoot at Cove, shoot at BOTW also. Just jump on a squad with them. Be ready to shoot 100yd to 480yd rifle shots and learn to reload your shotgun fast and often. Most of the stages have a 90sec par time. You may be pressed into service as a SO also. I have to work that day so I can't be there that month. Jason
  8. I don't think the local monthly matches fill up. But I have not tried tossing up online for any of the matches yet, usually just sign up the morning of. Jason, you don't need to sign up. Just bring $30 and your gear, maybe lunch too. Jason

  11. Put the TS upper on your Kadet lower. If it will function on that it will on a SP-01 frame. If not let me know when you are shooting next and I will bring my Tactical or SA to try. Jason
  12. The webshop link above to the 85 combat is the correct one. I have that part on a couple of my pistols and ordered it from CZ-USA. This is the one you want. It is not as extended as the D style or Shadow frame. If you want one that high you would have to get one and modify it to fit the round hole in the standard 75B frames. Jason
  13. Here is a better picture. Jason
  14. The 85 combat release is 0.085" high from the frame and a standard 75b release is 0.062" high from the frame. The standard one is also angled on top where the combat release is straight up. Jason
  15. You need the mag release for the 85 combat. It is a little longer and checkered. Jason
  16. http://texasshootingrange.com/ It will be heald outside of Liberty Hill on Hwy 29. Jason
