I like the feel of smooth grips.

Had a great time at the MCC match, well run and the stages were fun and challenging. Stayed and shoot it on Sunday again with the Memphis club match had a full weekend of shooting. Where in the world did you come up with all that steel for stage 10 . Great work Sam

My first type of shooting was PPC back in the old days when all they used were revolvers. In my old age I have got lazy and don't like to bend over and pick up brass. I have never seen a revolver shooter reload a empty full moon clip as I have seen bottom feeders do on occasions.

hopalong are you saying that it is a charity match or that we shoot one of the stages with wet feet?

I use lead in my 610 & 625 for pratice and matches. I do not stoot much indoors.

do they have a class for soaking wet? Loved the match

I use a 13lb spring with a 175 swc lead , titegroup to get a softer feel.

I have allways found nickel cases to split after only a few times being reloaded, in all calibers.

It was a great match, realy enjoyed shooting it.

I have had 2 open guns and 2 limited guns built by Bill Fender of Sikeston Mo. I belive him to be one of the finest gunsmiths around today. His prices are well in the range for the normal every day shooter.

I have one it's as accurate as my Kimbers. Had to do a trigger job for me that I liked. Looking at the inner parts , they are not the highest of quility, but I will shoot mine until they brake or wear out. I have 3K down range with this gun.

I realy enjoyed the match . It was a humbling exsperance to shoot with a revoler. The stages were great an some what challenging. Than came the polish plate rack, where was my ammo bearer. I saw some good shooters go down with that stage. I only made a few matches this year and this was the best by far, "LOVED IT "Sam. thanks for talking me into it.

I have a S&W 52-2 and love it. I have had 2 1911 38 spl. in the past and just enjoyed shooting them. Just looking at a new gun project to work on.

colt 38 special mid range wadcutter gun. It shoots 38 special wadcutter ammo

I would like to build a 38 special 1911. Has anybody seen the barrols for a colt, or has built one? I enjoy shooting my 1911, and enjoyed shooting the colt mid-range wadcutter gun that I owned many years ago. I have a 40 S&W 1911, I belive all I need is a barrol and some mags,and a little help.
