I am a +1 for the Grams springs and followers. I am using them in my Open and Limited mags (38 Sup and 40) and am very happy with them. I have tried the STI followers along with Arredondo and much prefer the Grams. Dawson +1 base pads also...

You can get some stuff from Shootersconnection.com. They have a great deal on the mag pouches right now. Also, brownells.com has some of the holsters, mag pouches and belts.

+1 for raven phantom... I got one for my glock 19 with tlr-3. Also, check galco. they do one called the halo with thumb break.

I don't think they do the zip off legs, but I can't say enough good things about the EOTAC pants. I tried 511 Tactical pants and they just didn't work for me. Nice pants but the fit wasn't right (waist band to high, i like a lower waist band so it doesn't impede with my belly ).

I am setting up a new belt for my open rig so I won't have to keep adjusting the muzzle platform when I go between open and limited guns. I currently use the Safariland pouches on a 1 1/2" belt and am happy with them, but everywhere I look I only see mag pouches (Safariland and others) in 1 1/2" widths. Does anyone have a suggestion for mag pouches that have a 1 3/4" attachment? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks -kevin

I am looking for replacement grips for a Para P16.40 Limited. So far all I have been able to find are the plastic/rubber grips like the stock ones that come on the gun. I would love to use the Mil-Tac G10 grips, but it doesn't appear that they make them for this gun. Does anyone know of a set that is similar to the Mil-Tac grips? Or some that are wood? I did find the Hogue grips in wood and will contemplate those, but I am hoping that someone knows of something else. Thanks for any help you can provide.

This may sound like a dumb question, but I am not sure so here goes. Can I use what a person decribes as a M16 BCG on an AR15 setup for semi auto fire or is this a problem? Thanks -kevin

I saw this thread and have wondered the same thing recently... I dropped a couple of mags off at a local trophy shop the other day and picked them up today. They did such a nice job that I left the rest of my mags that I use for matches to be done. Not a bad price either... Thanks for the info guys!

One thing that I found on both my S&W 1911's was that the trigger was bone dry from the factory... I disassembled the guns, used Shooters Choice Hi-Tec grease on the trigger and put it back together. It did not change the trigger pull, but it slicked up the trigger so much that I decided not to have trigger jobs done on either gun. You probably already checked/did this, but if not make sure you have some grease/oil on the trigger.

Does anyone make a flat trigger for the P18? I have the flat triggers in a couple of 1911's and would like to swith my open gun over to that as well. Thanks for any info.

I am looking at getting into shooting 3 gun and will be going with the Mini-14... I found this thread while doing a search. I will talk to Charlie about the extended mag release, but can you tell me what the ASI conversion is. I am not familiar with that.

I just picked up a used Remington 1100 and would like to set it up for 3 gun... Can someone point me in the right direction for extended mag tubes? Also, what do you recommend for barrel length? The gun came with a 28" barrel with fixed full choke. Should I have it cut or just buy a new one? Thanks for your help... -kevin
