I just let my rounds go. Sometimes the RO will pick it up for me but the reality of dropping .30 cents on the ground versus the potential safety issues, I just give up the round....

I use stuff that calms me down. Mostly podcasts, especially funny ones

I drink at least a half gallon a day(on days that I just am at home), typically over a gallon(if busy) and every other 32 ounces is Liquid IV. Works wonders for years now....

It comes from a tight Achilles tendon mostly. Stretch your calves. 15 minutes of yoga a day will eliminate most muscle issues....

This is what I use. Brake Clean when I need to clean the had to reach spots. I've always been steered towards Lucas products because they work and they support my hobbies, shooting and drag racing!

I'm Phillip. Have about 3 years of IDPA experience and just a few 3 gun matches.
