Out of Ammo

Thank you, Sarge. I shoot in all kinds of weather. I currently wear Boombas and they're waterproof. They are great shoes but can get really hot in the summer. I'm leaning on getting the regular shoes and using the Boombas in the wet weather.

I'm trying to decide on whether to get the speedcross in gore-tex or not? Anyone have an opinion on that?

I agree. I have used 147 and 135 and both seemed a little sluggish to me. I've shot 125 for years.

I have 550B with the bell crank and failsafe rod. I've placed a zip tie through the holes on the bell crank and find it eliminates the hang up when the powder measure returns. It seems to work and the powder loads appear to be consistent. Has anyone tried this and what are your findings? Any problems?

The problem is that some people, even when shown by all the evidence that they've made the wrong decision, will continue and won't make a correction. Why? Because they've sucked themselves into a black hole and see themselves as victims and it's us against the world.

It sure has. It's ridiculous how the prices have increased.

I used Sport Pistol when it first came out. It was a little hotter than I expected, but I liked it. I switched back to WST for my minor loads but will go back to Sport Pistol this winter.

How was your accuracy?
