benos
Looks like the lost PM's are restored. From previous post: In the FYI department, when the tool is done, there is a good probably that 2,000 of the 100,000 PM's the tool was rebuilding will be duplicates. So if you are one of the unlucky few with duplicate PM's, well you'll know what to do. I'll ask tech about the missing new PM's. There may be something I can do ... be
benos
It's not looking good for the lost, new (after the conversion) PM's. The tech that was helping me yesterday didn't know almost a week had went by after the conversion. (So he didn't know "new" PM's were a factor. I could possibly recover them, but the problem is that I would have to have a backup of the SQL database from before we ran the reconvert to do it.. Messy.. I'd have to delete everything but converted PMs from it, then reimport them into your active DB. be
Jay870
How do you recommend we proceed? For example I lost some "new" PM's regarding a classified posting... should I go ahead and re-PM those folks, or do you suggest holding off pending an attempt to restore the "new" PM's? Thanks for all your work on this.
