jbrought
I was given about 4000 FC marked headstamp nickel casings that have been swagged so I guess they would be twice fired should I load and shoot or discard it will be for 9mm minor. Load and shoot. If you look them up on the forum you'll see folks throw them out. I've shot 5000 for 40 minor with no problem and about 500 for 40 major. I think like every other brass, look for cracks and defects. My disclaimer is that I am not a metallurgy expert (or alchemy for that matter, which would be much more useful) I'm just giving you a recommendation based on my own experience. al503
Nothing wrong with that brass. I'd shoot it a couple few more times shooting minor and call it good.

wide45
9mm FC is good brass. .40 FC will have head separations, and should be tossed.
