Plate rack drills on 4 are cool too. Ron Avery's tapes are also worth the money. Just like Brian's competition reloading video, and the IPSC Secrets video. Do yourself a favor & buy them all. That was a concearn I had before I bought them. I found them to be quite entertaining and I've watched each several times. Vol. 4 How to Shoot Faster is great. There is so much info on it. All of Matt's technique instruction is very useful, the interview with Enos and the live footage of several top competitors, make these DVD's a must have! Matt's book is a great too!
