A62335 Posted September 30, 2009 Share Posted September 30, 2009 I shot my first informal 3-gun match over the weekend, and had an absolute blast. Shooting the AR was fun, pistol is always exciting, but GOD DAMN shooting the shotgun was fun as hell. I took an 870 tactical out, and shot about 40 rounds of slug and 40 of birdshot, and I am hooked! I have hunted birds before, but this was the first time I shot a scattergun for fun in competition, and I guarantee it wont be the last time. Hearing those slugs whistle downrange, and being able to see the huge holes they punched in the targets from 50 yards away was awesome. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
