outerlimits
can't seem to find any, and before i jump to reloader 15, was curious if anyone had experience using aa2230? i have a ton of that for lighter bullets, but never tried them with the heavier stuff. TurboFC3S
Those are two I've used for heavier bullets in .223, RL15 and AA2230. I've also used H4895 and Benchmark ... a favorite? They all work well. I assume you're switching from Varget because of availability? H4895 has also been hard to find lately, plenty of Benchmark around though ... and I believe it gave me the tightest groups from my 20" Olympic SUM barrel and 69gr moly MatchKings. steel1212
I've used benchmark with good results. Its basically a small grain faster varget. I can't seem to find it either right now though.

uscbigdawg
Butch - Look at some of the fast powders too: H335, W748, et. al. I too am looking at alternatives to Varget for my 69gr. load as I'd rather save my Varget for my 308. Rich
