Sunflash Posted March 31, 2009 Share Posted March 31, 2009 I need to start this off by saying that I have been having very bad customer service experiance this last year in almost every industry, period. So with that said I am really happy with the exemplery customer service I have recived from Henning. Not Hennings shop, Henning himself who has been the only one I have delt with at all. To start it off I think I have called Henning about 6 times and sent several e-mails none of which, I imagine, were at what I would consider normal bussiness hours. In ALL of these Henning has been not only professional but friendly and more helpful than anyone should ever be expected to. I have been asking the same silly questions and probably looking like an idiot all the way and yet he treated me very well. In the end he and I had one misunderstanding where I was being silly and he was looking out for me and sent me the better functioning mag bodies. Well not only did he call me back while he was at Double Tap when he still had two stages left but he worked out a very good solution with me. Over the weekend I thought more about what he had said and realized that I should stick with the mags he sent. I sent an e-mail out to say this but it was not read before Henning sent out the replacment bodies and other gear I needed. So when he gets the e-mail and reads it not only does he let me know that he had already got them but he told me to hold till they got here and choose which ones I want. Add to that he did not charge me anyshipping due to the misunderstanding that turned out to be a blessing for me. In all Henning has done an amazing job with not only his products but his customer service. I would not feel the need to go to anyone else for any product that Henning caries. You mean you didn't have to deal with one of the vast numbers of employees he has there? All Joking aside, Henning has been great. He knows his guns inside out and rumor has it he even shoots them with a little bit of skill. I have delt with him for a litle while now, and have nothing but good to say about the guy. Of all the stuff I have purchased this Spring( and man have I spent too much money)...he has hands down been the best. Extremely helpful and friendly. ...... I'm loving my 40 Match with the iFiber and the Henning contour grips! his emails are always fast on the return,..and I get the occasional surprise phone call,..which goes above and beyond!!
