The HUGE D Posted February 27, 2009 Share Posted February 27, 2009 I had a problem with my 7000, emailed them, and got a reply the next day. Found them to be very helpful. There was a loose connection to the display, told me it was ok to try fixing it myself rather than ship it back, and if I messed up the warranty would still be honoured. born-in-45 Posted March 4, 2009 Share Posted March 4, 2009 (edited) +1 on their service. Sent mine in last month (took the postman 2 weeks to deliver it to them) and got back a new one today. I had let my battery fully drain and it wouldn't recharge. CED sent me one with a reset to handle such a condition if it occurrs in the future.
