CED Customer Service

Would someone who's dealt with CED on a customer service/warranty issue be kind enough to let me know how long it took them to respond to your initial inquiry? I first contacted them 3 days ago regarding a problem with my M2 Chrono and I've yet to hear back from them.

I had a problem with my 7000, emailed them, and got a reply the next day. Found them to be very helpful. There was a loose connection to the display, told me it was ok to try fixing it myself rather than ship it back, and if I messed up the warranty would still be honoured.

+1 on their service. Sent mine in last month (took the postman 2 weeks to deliver it to them) and got back a new one today. I had let my battery fully drain and it wouldn't recharge. CED sent me one with a reset to handle such a condition if it occurrs in the future.
