John Dunn
One of the Hornady 75s can't be loaded short enough to work out an AR-15 magazine, I think it is the A-max. Don't ask me how I know.

I used varget with them and out of my 20" 1x8 sabre barrel it liked 24.5 grains 2.255 OAL of varget at 100 yards but I never got to test them past that before I switched to benchmark and have yet to work up loads for benchmark and anything bigger than 55s. bigbrowndog
I've never had a problem using 155's at 2700fps, and no its not a typo!!!!! HEAVY METAL RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously 55gr at 3000 has never proved to be a problem, the problem is hitting them and seeing them. trapr
