Chuck Merriam Posted August 22, 2006 Share Posted August 22, 2006 I've been thinking of trying an IDPA match for fun at a great local range and wondered if the Kahr P45 is a CDP class gun? darrenk75b Posted August 22, 2006 Share Posted August 22, 2006 Your Kahr should be able to be used in both Stock Service Pistol (SSP) due to its striker fired ignition system and low weight, as well as Custom Defense Pistol (CDP) which is for 45ACP pistols only. Your Les Baer is an Enhanced Service Pistol (ESP) or CDP pistol due to it having a single action trigger. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
yoshidaex Posted August 22, 2006 Share Posted August 22, 2006 i just checked but the P45 is a 6+1? for the short 2 BG only stages, it shouldn't be a problem but i see multiple mag changes on a high round count stage. Jim Watson Posted September 16, 2006 Share Posted September 16, 2006 Any .45 ACP can shoot in CDP... with the 1911s. Any DA can shoot in SSP... with the Glocks.
