eerw Posted August 13, 2006 Share Posted August 13, 2006 good stuff.. marinate some pieces of pork...and then slow bake..cut into strips and serve with hot chinese mustard and sesame seeds....makes great pork appetizers.. also great with chinese noodles, thinned stipped into fried rice, etc.. "Char Siu" Chinese BBQ Sauce Sauce by Lee Kum Kee A ready to use Chinese barbeque sauce perfect for marinating, baking, grilling and barbequing meat, chicken and seafood. No preservatives added. Roast Pork in Char Siu Sauce: Marinate 16 oz pork with 5 tbsp. char siu sauce for 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
