Mapitts
I acquired 2 open pistols from my in-laws in Alaska, I'm in Kansas City area. These are STI lowers and Caspian uppers in 9x23. I'm looking for a gunsmith in the KC area that can rebarrel them to shoot 9mm major. And one probably needs some trigger work. Thanks
jim vaughan
Try to find a gunsmith who can insert (sweat) a steel ring in the front of the 9x23 chamber. Then shoot 9x19 all day long.

sc68cal
One thing to consider is that 9x23 brass from starline is only 3 cents more per case compared to 38 super comp. It may be more economical to just shoot 9x23, since it will have a recoil and dot tracking like 38sc and ease of reloading compared to 9major.
