matteekay
Has anyone else had issues removing the front sight's set screw? I went to swap on a Henning and twisted/bent the allen wrench without the screw moving a millimeter. Any tricks that you've found?

Polymer
Brief passes with lighter underneath screw on the underside of slide. Soldering iron on screw. Sometimes just shooting will warm it enough.

matteekay
Yup, heat was the secret ingredient. Hit the bottom of the slide with a small butane torch (for soldering) and it freed up the screw enough to let me take it out.
