Who was the guy looking for an Under Barrel Rail for TRR-8?

I was building an Aero Precision AR15, and it uses 4-40 set screw to hold a spring in place. You need a tiny .050 Allen wrench.

I had one, because I've built them in the past. I looked all over, but couldn't find it.

I finally said screw it, and bought one a few days ago for 3 bucks.

Guess what I found in a box of roll punches today?

The truth is out there (and so is your rail).

Well, maybe it is out there but so far it hasn't reared its head so CJ set me up with another complete set for the TRR-8.

Be thankful you were able to go out and buy a new screw.  Not that easy with the rails since S&W are the only ones who make them.

Yes, he is setting me up with a set.

Now to see how long it takes me to find the original one I lost.

Got the answer this morning.

Took forty days total.

Was in a small parts drawer.  I had removed this drawer and dumped out its contents at least four times when searching for this lower rail.  This morning I was looking for a mounting screw for a C More RST I have (why it isn't in the sight is beyond me), and opened this drawer and low and behold, said lower rail was in a clear plastic bag with the screws.
