Lok grips veloce cz grips. Legal for carry optics?

Lok grips came out with a new grip for the cz75. Is it legal for carry optics? The grip has a built in “magwell”, but is still the grip and not a separate piece for the magwell. Is this a go for carry optics?

D7 21.4--Replacement grip panels are allowed provided they do not extend below the butt of the gun to form a makeshift magwell.

That's funny. I expected to see a little more beveled bottom or similar but when I looked and saw how big it was I was surprised.
