FTP Alpha 3 and Atlas GW Optics Plate Compatability

Hey there,

 

Do you guys know by chance what optic plate would fit or work with the FTP Alpha 3? I have used the SP R3 plate for my X5 legion...

but now I am looking at a 2011 that is cut for optic plates and they offer

1) RTS2/Vortex Razor Plate

and

2) Romeo 3 Max Plate

 

Will either plate work?

I cannot confirm that the Sig plate will work. But the Cmore specific plate will definitely not work. My guess would be that it would fit the Sig plate or require (very) minor fitting.

The Alpha 3 is very similiar in length to the Romeo 3 max so "likely" that plate would work but we have not tested. Please let us know

The AGW SIG Plate will not work with the Alpha 3 without modification to the plate. I had to remove some material from the leading edge of the "Lip" on the plate in order to make it work. Not much material removal is needed. It took me about 10 minutes to make the modification with several iterations of material removal and test fitting.
