This is how I planned, but it did not work out because I did not trust the company, that I wanted to give them the mechanism. (for my reasons)

If it actually exists it certainly sounds like something that you should be able to patent.

You're right. 

I finished with patents. Because others are copying it behind my back. For that there are friends

When I served in the army I always knew the enemy was in front of me and not behind my back.
