Non-property owner taking and using pictures to file criminal charges

Non-property owner used game camera pictures to coerce property owner to file criminal charges on private land not public land or space. Are photos taken by non-property legal? Also, non-property owner posted pictures of me on facebook with derogatory remarks that are untrue.

Do you seriously need to be told to go talk to an attorney?

This isn't the place to discuss things like this.

 

The pictures are legal, if you were trespassing while having a firearm that is a felony in most states, pictures can be posted of other people on Facebook legally, since the person who took the pictures owns the copyright to them.
