HOGRIDER
Just wanted to bring it to everyone's attention that owns a GemPro 250/300 scale. My 250 failed, and I contacted this company for warranty: https://hbitech.com/warranty/ Asked for a brief description of the problems I was having and did I have a copy of the original purchase confirmation email/invoice. I did. After a couple of days, I received this email stating: Quote Ben, We are sorry to hear that your scale is not functioning properly. Cuz
Mine might be older than that. I thought it only had a 1 year warranty. I got the gem pro 500 cuz I wanted 2 decimals if accuracy. What was actually wrong with yours?Mine seems to be working fine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Stymie12000
My gem pro stopped holding Zero. It would float all over the place. +- 10 or so grains. Bought mine around 2015-2016. Contacted them about warranty and got the same response as the OP, no longer servicing them. I got a full refund and bought a fx120i. Haven't looked back. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Go to the link I posted above and fill out the short form. They will contact you to confirm your warranty period.........IIRC, all the GemPros had .00 accuracy. 250, 300, and 500. Just out of the blue it started to drift without actually weighing. Documented weights would be 2-3gn +/-. Put a calibration weight on the pan and get an error message every time........... Just a matter of time till it fails...........if eligible, get the full refund while you can!
