i have tried a few 147gr flat point bullets, trying to find the one that i can load the longest, so far the SNS 147 is the longest i can load at 1.140 for my shadow 2, next is DG bullets 147gr similar to the SNS, but can only load to at 1.105,  brazo 147rn load at 1.125,  the jacketed RMR 147gr fp loads at 1.065, has anyone been down this road, any suggestions of any 147's that will load longer than the SNS 147gr FP.

Get a reamer if it bothers you.

Problem is that you need a hardened reamer for the Shadow 2’s barrel, unlike the original gun.

I’ve got one, I’ve cut a few Shadow2’s to 1.150” with any bullet profile for friends - because a lot of shops use a reamer made from HSS, which won’t do it.

i was looking at the Precision 147 flat point bullet, by the looks of it, it looks like it needs to be deeper in the case to pass the plunk test. i like their idea they are claiming for their new coating, are they worth a try.
