cajunautoxer
So I was shooting some 2 gun with my XDM 5.25 9mm pistol. The gun would eject the brass straight up into the air. Twice I had the brass land between my eye lid and glasses. What part do you think I need to change to keep this from happening? The gun has a lot of rounds through it. If I had to guess maybe 10k rounds
GrumpyOne
The ejector. You probably don't even need to change it, just re-profile it to a better angle. And, 10k rounds is not " a lot of rounds".

Hi-Power Jack
I was shooting in a line of shooters, when a HOT piece of brass fell into my t-shirt. That does get your attention.

I would look at you ejector and see it got bent/broke somehow, also check you extractor for the same things. If you don't see anything obvious give Springfield a call. If it just started something has to have changed, got bent broke etc
