whoflungdo
Does anyone know if Fobus Holsters are legal in USPSA? 5.2.7.4 A holster which does not completely prevent access to, or activation of the trigger while holstered. You can see the trigger but cannot activate it. And by see it I mean a tiny sliver of the back of the trigger.
yigal
u saw the rule. find safer holster that cover trigger guard . and no judge will be able to tell u that your holster is not safe enough for him. i saw few times that judges did not allow shooters to use not "safe" holsters . terrydoc
For a few dollars more you can get better holsters than Fobus
stick
Yes. it's legal, but as stated before, you can get a better holster for USPSA for a few buck more.
davsco
assuming you already have one. drill out the rivets and put in some screws/bolts so you can adjust the tension. i started with a fobus and there was so much tension/friction on the draw it was certainly not quick and easy to draw. but yeah if you don't have it yet, look at bladetech or comptac.
