speederlander
Looking for feedback on the DPM recoil reduction system. Snake oil or works as advertised? Thanks! Edited August 25, 2018 by speederlander
leemoe83
It looks dumb. It may reduce perceived recoil but it is compressing 1 spring and then another spring similar to the HK USP. It will most likely result in more muzzle flip and a pogo stick feel during cycling that will lead to inconsistent return.
telligentgunner
I have them on all of my self-defense and training guns. They work. Does reduce recoil. However, I prefer using springs that I can use to tune for specific ammo on my competition guns.
Jamese35
I tried one at some time and I found that the cycle rate of the slide seemed vary sluggish to me so I went back to a ismi recoil spring. I also found that when I would be running my doubles the second shot was always low, put the 11 pound ismi spring in and no more low shots. As for me it didn't seem to work the way I thought it should but your taste my vary.
