Deltapoint Pro - glass imperfection?

I noticed this after my last match.  An imperfection on the glass of my DPP, appears to be a round spot that is not removable with a typical lense pen or optic cleaning solution.

 

Anyone ever have this?

Odd indeed, i have 4 DPP and none have that. If it won't wipe off with normal methods , i'd contact them , they have great CS .

Thanks.  I sent them an email, so I await a reply.  If nothing, they're located across the river so I'll visit them in person.

I've seen this happen when there was some residual glass cleaner on the front lens and they used compressed air to speed up drying.  The air forced some of the glass cleaner behind the front lens where it dried as an off color blob on the back of the lens element.  Since it was behind the front lens element, they couldn't get to it without disassembling the optic.

Leupold is local to me, thankfully. They are taking care of it and will replace it under warranty.
