MemphisMechanic
So we need to verify a Stock III can be made to weigh 43 oz - 2 pounds and 11 ounces. And that it fits into an IDPA box. Excellent. Edited January 26, 2017 by MemphisMechanic

They weighed 3.8 oz. thats 45.5 oz. that's with the hemming guide rod How we gonna loose 2.5 oz?
ryridesmotox
Patriot defense guide rod, and fixed rear sight, and shave the grips maybe a little on the inside.
MemphisMechanic
Mill the rail off. Chop the dustcover down. Scratch Limited Pro into the side so it'll pass a redneck's inspection down in Arkansas. Rattle-can it silver. Easy. johnbu
Tie a hydrogen balloon to it? 3D print plastic mags? 38s mags are lighter also the 40 is lighter than the 9mm and the 10mm is lighter than the 40 and 38s. Best bet (not a sure thing) would be a 10mm S3 with PD guide rod and a polymer rear sight. Edited January 26, 2017 by johnbu
B_RAD
Remove some material from each side of the trigger bar? Its really not worth it to spend anymore time on this. Ha ha.
MemphisMechanic
Agreed. Just buy a Lim Pro, which is eventually my plan... Edited January 26, 2017 by MemphisMechanic

Seems I weighed them without a magazine. Glad I'm not crazy, just forgetful. I mainly just wanted to see what the differences were between the guns because the Limited felt like the lightest of all. Probably the balance.
