Boulderado
Helo All: If you will be attending the USPSA 3-Gun Nationals make your hotel reservations NOW according to the Match Director Ron Sanders "... the range is Desert Sportsmans Rifle + Pistol Club. It is 12 miles west of I-15 on Charleston blvd. Get a room now. Good luck. Ron" Situation is a major horse show is in town the weekend of the match and most all of the hotels close to the range are already full. FYI, Darrell Humphrey

Kimberley
We've made arrangements with a match hotel in Vegas for a special room rate. It's an excellent deal and will include breakfast. I'll be posting a link on the nationals website as soon as I've signed the agreement. I'm hoping to have that done by the end of today. I'll keep you posted. Kimberley
Sorry guys, I got bogged down in some contract negotiations that took quite awhile but FINALLY I've some news to report. The deed is done and you can make reservations through USPSA's brokered arrangement if you wish. More information about all of this as well as more in-depth schedule and stage info is available on the Nationals page. Hope that helps! Thanks for your patience. D.Hayden
Great - thanks - got it. It took them 5 minutes to find the code, but they found it..
SVI4ME
Just made our reservations for the Extended Stay on Valley View. Right about 400.00 for 2 for 4 nights. They have the two room suites with 2 queen beds and a fold-a-way couch. We have stayed there before and it is ok and you don't have to drag all your stuff through a lobby of a casino 8 times. My advice from experience is to leave monday morning. Traffic is a bitch coming out of Vegas on a Sunday night.
Kimberley
The hyperlink for making your room reservations online at the 3-Gun Nationals Match hotel is now active and available here. 9x45
Kimberely, Any news on entry acceptance or squading yet?
Kimberley
Yes, actually. Confirmation postcards are going out in today's mail. If you sent in an entry form you should be receiving your postcard by the end of this week or middle of next. More in-depth confirmation packets will be sent out as soon as I get back from the Handgun Nats; the postcards are just to confirm that you've made it into the match and you're good to go. Hope that helps! Kim
Paule
Kim, Is the match full? Just curious, my app was in long ago and rooms are already reserved! Rooms were tight then, most of the west side hotels were full of golf fans already, but the match hotel had rooms left in the block (in May). 9x45
My shooting partner is bringing his 5th wheel up for the match. Anyone know of any good campgrounds nearby?
SVI4ME
My shooting partner is bringing his 5th wheel up for the match. Anyone know of any good campgrounds nearby? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I did one year and stayed at Circus Circus RV park. Might be something closer though. This place is close enough and a great TT bar just to the north ;-)
ccur
depends on what you are looking for...there is a park just west of the range, maybe 5 miles, but it has nothing but a place to stay..maybe a few hook ups..Is 5 minutes from the range..maybe a forest service park.....no bars of any kind:) David and Susan Benzik have stayed there and really like it! Mickster
Got my confirmation today. HooRay! The Las Vegas Shopping Guide will be exceptionally helpful. Anybody know if there's a central place ammo can be shipped to?
Paule
Based on a local recommendation, I tried to book the Silverton two months ago. No joy, they were booked already for the time during the 3G Nationals. Ended up at the match hotel...
