vixty
A jacketed bullet will require more powder than lead. Most lead bullets are 3.0-3.1 of tg and jacketed 3.2-3.3. Xtreme bullets are in the 3.1 range. I have acme 147 loaded 1.35 at 3.1 and its 133 pf.

IDescribe
3.5 seems hot. What's your PF with that? PF 136/137. With coated 147gr bullets, I get there with 3.3/3.4gr.
IDescribe
I doubt an MG 147gr JHP is going to plunk and spin in a CZ at 1.135. You need to test that. If you want 130PF, you'll probably get there with the JHP at shorter CZ OALs around 3.0gr, maybe 3.1. An XTreme plated might take another tenth. But I'd recommend you work up loads at different PF to see what you like. The 130PF "soft but with a 5PF safety margin" doesn't equal better. It equals soft. That might equal better. It might not. It might equal better in one pistol and not in another. In a heavier, all-metal CZ, it might equal sluggish. It might equal fat sloppy groups. Or it might not. You might see 25 yard groups start to tighten up around 920 feet/sec. Or you might not (I actually do in my CZ). You might find that at PF 130 that the pistol is nose diving as the slide slams back forward, whereas at PF 134, there's no nose-dive, and the sights settle faster. You might find out all sorts of things. Basically, if softer equaled faster splits, pros would be shooting heaviest bullets possible at 127PF. But they're not. Softer doesn't always equal better. Don't limit yourself.
